Business Simulation

Year 11 Business Studies students were tasked with the job of establishing the key business functions for a business called ‘Uniquely Yours Designs’ specialising in creating customised products. Students worked together to form a marketing, operations and human resource team.

The HR team focused on the processes for employing workers, training and rewarding employees. 

The operations team were responsible for the manufacture and quality management of the personalised keyrings and the marketing team ensured the marketing mix was creative and effective.
