Secondary Athletics Carnival 2025
At our whole school assembly this Wednesday, I had the pleasure of awarding our age champions and our winning house from our 2025 Athletics carnival. After a false start due to rain in Week 4 we were able to get our carnival underway in Week 6. What started out as a very cold morning turned into a fantastic day. Our students competed amazingly in their events, which featured the 100m, 200m, 400m and 1500m track events as well as high jump, long jump, discus, shotput, and triple jump. Congratulations to all those students who competed on the day and a massive congratulations to the students below who were our age champions for 2025.

Massive congratulation to Alfie Dunstan who earlier this term competed as part of the NSWCCC Cross Country team at the International Equestrian Centre in Horsley Park. In the U/13 age division Alfie placed 5th in his age group across the state competing against students from CHS and CIS. This 5th place finish has qualified Alfie to be part of the NSW All Schools Cross Country team that will compete at the National Titles on the Gold Coast in September.
